This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of CyberSentriq software, platforms, and services (“the Service”).
By accessing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- “CyberSentriq” means CyberSentriq, a trading name of Redstor Limited, Copperfasten Technologies Limited, and its affiliates.
- “Licensee” / “you” means the individual or entity using the Service.
- “Authorized Users” means your employees, contractors, or affiliates permitted to use the Service.
- “Service” means the software, platform, and associated services provided by CyberSentriq.
- “Content” means any data, information, or material uploaded, processed, or stored through the Service.
2. Grant of License
CyberSentriq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to this EULA.
This license:
- includes use by Authorized Users
- remains conditional on payment of applicable fees
- does not transfer ownership of the Service or any intellectual property
You remain responsible for:
- all Authorized Users
- their compliance with this EULA
- all activity conducted under your account
3. Use of the Service
3.1 Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for:
- All content uploaded to the Service
- ensuring such Content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights
CyberSentriq does not monitor or validate Content and provides the Service without guarantee as to Content accuracy or completeness.
3.2 Third-Party Integrations
Where the Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. cloud or SaaS providers):
- You authorize those providers to share necessary access credentials or tokens
- service delivery may depend on those third-party systems
3.3 Changes to the Service
CyberSentriq may:
- update or modify the Service to comply with legal, security, or operational requirements
- make improvements that do not materially reduce functionality
Where material changes occur, reasonable notice will be provided. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
4. Use Restrictions
You shall not, and shall ensure that Authorized Users do not:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- use the Service to build competing products
- license, sell, lease, or commercially exploit the Service
- attempt unauthorized access or breach security mechanisms
- interfere with the functionality or integrity of the Service
- use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations
These restrictions protect intellectual property and system integrity.
5. Licensee Obligations
You agree to:
- maintain secure access credentials
- ensure appropriate cybersecurity controls within your environment
- provide accurate information required for service delivery
- maintain required infrastructure and connectivity
- promptly notify CyberSentriq of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for:
- your systems, networks, and connectivity
- any issues arising from them
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service remain the exclusive property of CyberSentriq or its licensors.
You are granted a right to use the Service only. Ownership is not transferred.
7. Data Protection and Security
CyberSentriq will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and other relevant information security and data privacy regulations.
CyberSentriq implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
CyberSentriq does not warrant that:
- the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- the service will meet all user requirements
- the service will be free from vulnerabilities
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberSentriq shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- loss of data, profits, or business
- service interruptions or system failures
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify CyberSentriq against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- your use of the Service
- your breach of this EULA
- your Content
11. Suspension and Termination
CyberSentriq may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
- you breach this EULA
- there is a security risk
- required by law
Upon termination:
- all rights granted under this license cease
- you must stop using the Service
12. Territory
CyberSentriq operates in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland, the United States of America, and other jurisdictions from time to time.
Accessing the Service from other jurisdictions is at your own risk.
13. Applicable Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdictions listed above, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.
14. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and CyberSentriq and supersedes all prior agreements relating to the Service.
15. Changes to this EULA
CyberSentriq may update this EULA from time to time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. General
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
